The development consists of 14 three-story apartment buildings, offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. A central leasing office and amenities center, including a swimming pool, provides residents with convenience and community-oriented spaces. The project delivers modern and comfortable living while promoting community and long-term value. The HVAC systems were designed for efficiency and individual comfort, with each apartment unit served by a dedicated fan coil unit and matching condenser. Bathroom, kitchen, and dryer exhaust systems were incorporated for each unit to ensure proper ventilation and air quality. Additionally, a radon mitigation system was installed beneath the slab of each building, promoting safe indoor environments and compliance with air quality standards.

The electrical design includes a 125-amp service panel for each unit, supported by a pad-mounted transformer feeding a meter bank that serves all unit meters per building. Each building is equipped with a dedicated house meter to power exterior lighting and miscellaneous common-area loads. Energy-efficient LED lighting was implemented throughout the complex to reduce energy consumption and lower long-term operating costs.

Each unit includes a dedicated hot water heater and standard plumbing fixtures to provide residents with reliable and convenient access to domestic hot water. The plumbing design emphasizes functionality and efficiency to support the everyday needs of residents across a wide range of unit types.
