Our engineering team was tasked with designing high-performance systems capable of supporting a complex, vertical program. This included specialized MEP infrastructure for an electric vehicle (EV) lab and integrated charging stations, requiring significant electrical capacity and sophisticated power distribution. To support a service center located beneath a suspended level, our design integrated industrial-grade ventilation, compressed air systems, and specialized plumbing for waste oil and fluid management.

The facility’s unique vertical stack—including three levels of vehicle storage for over 800 cars—required meticulous coordination of fire protection systems and drainage. GK Engineers utilized advanced 3D modeling to ensure all MEP components integrated seamlessly within the building’s innovative precast concrete structure, delivering a facility that balances high-end luxury retail with heavy-duty industrial efficiency.
